Gross Residential is a dynamic real estate development, construction, and property management firm with over 300 employees and 40 locations throughout northeast Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, North Carolina, and South Carolina. This position is located in our North Royalton corporate office.

We are looking for a detailed and energetic person with accounting aptitude. Must have solid communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Accurately enter monthly bills into the AP system
• Make corrections in the AR system
• Assist in month-end closings
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets
• Process property tax bills
• File invoices
• Manage proof of insurance and workers' compensation certificates
• Process resident move-outs
• Process bad debt collections
• Assist Accounts Payable Clerks in miscellaneous assignments
• Cross-train and cover absences within the Accounting Department

Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and computer literacy with spreadsheets (Excel) is required. Knowledge of property management systems such as Sage 300 (Timberline) or RealPage is a plus.
